This tool includes official Apple device frames ("Artwork") for iPhone and iPad, provided by Apple Inc. under the App Store Marketing Artwork License Agreement.

By using this tool, you agree that:

• You are a member of the Apple Developer Program and are using the device frames only for marketing your own applications available on the App Store.
• You will comply with all applicable Apple guidelines, including the App Store Marketing Guidelines and Apple's Trademark and Copyright Guidelines.
• You will not use the device frames for general design, mockup, or commercial purposes outside of App Store app marketing.
• Apple retains all rights to the Artwork, and your use must not suggest Apple's endorsement.

If you do not agree, you must not use the device frames in this tool.
